By purchasing, installing, or using this E-Bike Controller Kit (“Product”) from revz_wear (“Seller”), the buyer (“User”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

   The User understands that e-bike controller kits regulate motor power and speed and that improper installation, configuration, or use may result in equipment failure, loss of control, personal injury, or property damage. The User voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Product.

2. Installation & Configuration Responsibility
   This Product is sold as a DIY electronic component. revz_wear is not responsible for incorrect wiring, improper programming, incompatible components, or failure to follow provided instructions. Professional installation is recommended.

3. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, revz_wear shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or claims arising from the purchase, installation, configuration, or use of the Product.

4. Legal Compliance
   The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding electric bicycles, including power limits, speed restrictions, and road-use regulations. revz_wear makes no guarantees regarding street or road legality.

5. Modification & Misuse
   Any modification, tuning, or use of the Product outside manufacturer or seller recommendations is done entirely at the User’s own risk and releases revz_wear from all responsibility.

6. Waiver & Release
   The User agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless revz_wear, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the Product.

7. No Warranties
   The Product is sold “as is”, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by law.

   By completing the purchase, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Release of Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer.
