Shipping policy

We ship all our orders out in1-6weeks for non preorders, then for pre-order products it takes 1-8weeks and for delayed orders it takes 1-10weeks to ship out. Products like our “macfox plug and play controllers kits” or “Macfox 48v 20ah battery” are considered to be “preorders” so it will take 1-6 weeks to ship those out.
